Provide your order number and the reason for return or exchange. Upload clear images showing the issue.
For size or fit concerns, customers may be asked to wear the dress and share a picture for review and approval.

3. Review and Approval
Our team will review your request and, if it meets the eligibility criteria, provide further instructions.

4. Return or Exchange Shipment
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for securely packaging the item and sending it back to us.

5. Quality Check
After receiving the returned item, we will conduct a quality check. If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

6. Size Fit Issues
If the product does not fit and you need a different size, please request a size exchange through the My Orders section. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
