3. How the Contract Is Formed Between You and Us
After placing an order, you will receive an email or message acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance.
Your order is an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Acceptance occurs only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation, at which point a legally binding contract is formed.
The contract applies only to products listed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. Cancellation is possible only if the order status allows it.
You confirm that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
4. Availability and Delivery
Orders will be delivered by the date stated in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no date is specified, within 30 days of dispatch confirmation.
Typical delivery timelines range between 2–7 business days, subject to exceptions.
5. Price and Payment
Product prices are displayed on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout.
Payment is considered complete only upon receipt of cleared funds.
Prices may change without notice but will not affect accepted orders.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or reconfirm the order.
Only one promotional code may be used per order.
6. Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Return or exchange requests must be raised through the My Orders section within the allowed timeframe.
2. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after successful pickup.
4. Size exchanges are subject to availability; otherwise, a return option will be offered.
5. Exchange shipments are sent at no additional cost.
6. Orders may be cancelled only if the order status allows.
7. Aubella reserves the right to cancel or verify any order before dispatch.

7. Our Liability
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product.
We may request photographic or other evidence before processing refunds.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
Nothing limits statutory rights or liability for fraud, death, or personal injury due to negligence.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to products, content, and branding belong exclusively to Aubella Private Limited.
9. Written Communications
You agree that communications with us will be electronic. All electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written communication.
10. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
15. Discount Code Terms
Discount codes are valid for one-time use per customer.
Codes cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
Aubella reserves the right to withdraw or refuse discount usage at any time.
16. Third-Party & User-Generated Content
By tagging #aubella, you grant Aubella a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes across all platforms.
You confirm that you own or have rights to the content submitted and accept full legal responsibility for it.
