Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience minor delays. In case of a significant delay, you will be notified via email.

2. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We process orders quickly, so there is a limited window to make corrections.

If you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

3. Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will be treated as undeliverable. Such orders may be subject to a restocking fee, determined at our discretion.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Aubella Private Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier. If tracking information indicates successful delivery but you have not received your package, please report the matter to your local authorities and courier service.

5. Return Request Period

Aubella allows return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible for return.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

In the event that one or more items in your order are out of stock, Aubella will wait until all items are available before dispatching the order.

7. Import Duties and Taxes

All applicable taxes and import duties are pre-paid and included in the product price, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
